Donald Swauger Consulting, hereafter referred to as DSC, Policies are to respect and protect the privacy of our Clients. This policy statement tells you how we collect information from you and how we use it. Using the Internet should be a fun experience and we want to help you make it so.
The information you provide when ordering is shared only with companies which perform warehousing and shipping functions for DSC, for the sole purpose of processing your order. DSC or its Employees do not disclose your information to any other third parties. DSC may disclose your information in special cases when we have reason to believe that disclosing this information is necessary to identify, contact or bring legal action against someone who may be causing injury to or interference with (either intentionally or unintentionally) our rights or property, other DSC clients or users, or anyone else that could be harmed by such activities. DSC may disclose your information when we believe in good faith that the law requires it.
DSC does not and will not share information about our clients and users with advertisers, business partners, sponsors, or any other parties. We hate "spam" (unsolicited email) as much as anyone else, and we do not sell, provide, or make available, your name, telephone numbers, and email addresses to mailing list suppliers, or other similar entities.


IP Address usage
An IP address is a number that's automatically assigned to your computer whenever you're looking on the Web. Web servers -- the big computers that "serve up" Web pages -- automatically identify your computer by its IP address.
DSC collects IP addresses for the purposes of system administration, to audit the use of our site, and help identify persons attempting to acquire equipment with stolen information. When guests request pages from swaugr.biz site, our servers log the guests' IP addresses. Additionally, our servers use your IP address to internally identify you and keep track of your shopping session. Return Policy Information
You must have a Return Authorization(RA) number before returning any merchandise to DSC. For a hard copy of this form and a shipping label, please call us at 1-209-756-1561. You can also request an RA online by submitting an RA Request Email Once you have provided DSC with the appropriate information, we will contact you with an assigned RA number.

The following are DSC Return Shipment Policies:

DOA/defective products are returned for REPLACEMENT ONLY with the same product/model. Deviations from this policy may result in a 20% Returns Processing Service Charge.
Defective product must be in original factory carton with all original packing materials.
All miscellaneous materials such as manuals, accessories and cables must be included. If any of these materials are missing, your account will be billed accordingly.
The Return Authorization number must be on the shipping label, not the carton. PLEASE DO NOT WRITE ON THE CARTON.
Returns must be shipped freight prepaid.Products received freight collect, without an RA number, not approved for return or in any way not meeting the above criteria, will be refused.
Return Authorization numbers are good for fourteen (14) days only. Any products returned after the expiration date will be refused.
If the product is found to be non-defective, an inspection fee of at least $25, or 15% per unit, will be billed to your account. 
DSC credits based on purchase price or current price, whichever is lowest.
